Citizenship Photos in Mississauga & Brampton

Supreme Pictures takes Canadian citizenship photos in Mississauga to the exact IRCC specification, for applicants across Mississauga and Brampton. Citizenship photos follow their own rules — they are not the same as passport photos, and IRCC returns applications with wrong photos. A professional photographer takes your photo under studio lighting, measures it against the specification, prints your set, and stamps the back as IRCC requires. In and out in about ten minutes.

CITIZENSHIP PHOTOS

The IRCC citizenship photo specification, met exactly

IRCC checks citizenship photos closely. These are the rules we measure every print against:

Size

50 × 70 mm

Two identical photos, 50 mm wide by 70 mm high (2 × 2¾ in), printed on quality photographic paper with no alterations.

Face Height

31–36 mm

The face must measure 31 to 36 mm from chin to crown of head. Centred, square to the camera, neutral expression, mouth closed.

Back of Photo

Stamped

One photo carries the studio name, address and the date it was taken, plus the photographer’s signature, exactly as IRCC instructs.

Also required: uniform lighting with no shadows or glare, a plain background with clear contrast to the face, and natural skin tones. Digital submissions for online applications get a correctly sized file with the same compliance check. Adult and child applicants are photographed to the same standard — we take our time with kids so the first visit is the last one needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What to bring for citizenship photos

Bring your application checklist if you have it, so we can match the photo requirements to your specific form — grant of citizenship, proof of citizenship, paper or online. Wear normal clothing in a shade that stands off a light background. Glasses come off. Religious head coverings are fine when the full face stays visible.

The visit takes about ten minutes: studio photo, measurement check, print, stamp and sign. If your application is online, we email the digital file before you leave. Applying for the whole family? One visit covers everyone.
