At Supreme Pictures, we do not use staples for our professional framing. Instead, we offer two distinct mounting techniques depending on the framing package you choose:
- Sew and Stitch Mounting: For our Conservation Framing and Shadow Box Framing tiers, we use professional sew- or stitch-mounting with conservation-quality linen backing. This method is fully reversible and ensures that no adhesive or invasive metal staples ever touch the fabric. We specifically recommend this for signed, game-worn, or collectible jerseys to preserve their value and condition.
- Dry-Mount Adhesive: For our Standard Framing option, we use a dry-mount technique with adhesive to secure the jersey to the backing. This provides a clean, smooth look at a budget-friendly price point, though it is not recommended for autographed memorabilia or high-value keepsakes.
By prioritizing stitching for our premium services, we ensure your sports treasures are protected from damage while maintaining a museum-quality presentation.
